It is for professionals who may evaluate, assist, counsel or treat
potentially suicidal persons - a tool that is uniquely designed
to gather critical information about a person's status at intake
and to establish a safety and intervention plan.

FEE SCHEDULE
All Fees Subject to Change--Fees must be paid in Full at time of Service. Fee discounts must be requested and approved in writing. Sliding Scale Fees may be available in some circumstances.
1. Instructor Fees $1200 per day plus Travel and Lodging Additional fee for Student workbooks and certificates $25.00-$50.00 per student depending on courses
2. Speaker Fees $1000 per day plus travel and lodging if needed.
3. Consulting Fees $75.00 per hour
4. Life Coaching $60.00 per hour
5. Crisis Intervention Counseling $100.00 per hour
6. Mediation Fees $175.00 per hour (2 hour minimum prep and 2 hour minimum meeting time)
7. Individual Classes and Workshop Fees vary--Fees will be posted with course description and dates
